我的腿腫起來了!

Yup. I'm definitely pregnant - my legs are swollen like puffer fish.

如果他沒有辦法的話, 我自己覺得這個方式蠻有效果:
睡覺前,走路或是做一點簡單的運動。
If husband massages are not available, I've found that doing a bit of exercise. stretching, and yoga before sleeping helps. And if that doesn't work, try compression socks and raising your legs when you can or while sleeping.
